Latest Guidance from OSCR

Scotland's charities ARE allowed to speak out in the independence referendum, including advocating a Yes or a No vote, as long as they stay within the requirements of charity law, says the country's charity regulator.

OSCR has produced its final guidance on the independence referendum for Scottish charities for your information. This has been produced following consultation with the charity sector and sets out how Scottish charities can participate in the referendum process within the framework of charity law.
